Quote Bugs Again

I have seen a few bugs with it in the map dev section I will see if I can find the map

Updating a resource has a chance of destroying the description (by adding &quot everywhere). This bug has not been resolved yet, but if you see a broken description, simply report it and the administration will fix it manually.

Actually i just do it like this:

1. Update description

If bug occurs:

2. Close tab

3. Repeat 1

repeat the step and there is a chance that you'll not get that quote bug.

I hate this bug. I have no idea why it happens sometimes.

I have applied a fix to all resource sections and the pastebin regarding this issue. It should be able to fix your current descriptions if you save a few times.
