question to lightning effect

Is it possible to change the colour of lightning effects like healing wave?
I want a blue healing wave instead of a yellow one.
And because i can only change the colours of the target spell and not of the lightning effect i wonder if it is possible.

everytime i use those custom lightnings in game, it crashes

I once tried to edit these slk files with openoffice but that did not work
than I tried notepad and it worked just fine
if you have difficulties setting up a new lightning just edit an old one which you don't use
