[JASS] Question regarding Jass NewGen Pack

Hello everybody,

As i'm planning to build a Mod for warcraft 3, i found that in order to match the requirements of the gameplay, i've to use Jass NewGen pack (especially because of the structures).

Yet, i've a question, it might be a noob one, but i've to be sure.

In order to run the game correctly with all these features, do I have to run the NewGen Warcraft3.exe, or is it possible to simply run the original war3.exe?

vJASS, the extension to the JASS language which NewGen includes/uses, is compiled down to normal JASS. (JASS being the programming language which Warcraft 3 uses.) Thus, vJASS works fine with a default installation of Wacraft 3. All features of NewGen work with default Warcraft 3.
