Question on Message Console in Warcraft 3

Is it possible that when you typed in the Message console in Warcraft 3 a message , then all the players cannot see the message that you typed except you..... Is that possible???? Is there a Jass for that or GUI???

You can use [Observers] for that ?
Press F12 in-game and tick the Observer.

What if the player itself??? Is it possible to hide it??

No. It's possible to hide it from the screen, but it will still show up in the message log. There's a tutorial for it on wc3c somewhere or other.
