Question About Expansions

I am aware that there will be 3 different games. Each having a campaign for one race. But my question is do you think that Blizzard will allow people who only have the first game installed play on battle.net with people who have the 2nd and 3rd installed? Do you think they would be stand alone games or would you need one to install 2 and 1 and two to install 3? Just a few questions that I wanted to know what people think about them.

Standalone: if they're expansions, which they are, I doubt it.

Battle.net: I assume you can play with outdated ones, it's just that most people would be on the newer one (think vanilla SC and RoC).

This is what I ment. OP wants to know if he can play sc2 online with a person who uses Heart of the Swarm while he is using Wings of Liberty, thus the short answer.

It's not 3 games. It's 1 game, 2 expansions.

Yet, we will be able to play with WoL players without the HoS or the Protoss expansions.
We will be divided into groups. The hated by blizz, which will not give them more money, and the ones that should be buying other games as well.
