Question about buffs

1. Stronger buff overrides weaker buff right? No matter how much the "Stronger " buff lasts?

For example I got a Slow Poison that deals 21 damage every second for 12 seconds and another that deals 13 damage every second for 12 seconds, if the Slow Poison with 21 damage has 1 second left to dissapear, it will still not get overriden by the weaker buff?

2. Slow Poison damage = Spell damage?

Ah I think I had one more question but seems that I cant remember it >.<.

1. No. Where there are buffs that are not stacking, the last buff overrides the previous. Strength doesn't matter at all.
2. No. Spell immune targets are still affected by slow poison.
