Question about attaching images

How do i attach images in a thread without making them attachments & without uploading on any other site. How do i upload them directly on hive?
For example like this

The hive has a built in pastebin. I would upload images there and then usm

If i place images in pastebin then don't they go away after sometime?
Can i use my Profile's Album for this purpose?

I think it's quite clearly stated.

Zelda.Alex, you can do all that trouble without uploading them in albums or pastebinning them with simply pressing the "Go Advanced" button, scrolling down and pressing the "Manage attachments" button.
