Not allowed to see my own attachments?

I uploaded a .jpg captured by Diablo III of an in-game bug. The attachment process worked fine and so did the thread creation but when trying to view the attachment via image tags I get a broken link.

When trying to download the images I get greeted with the insufficient permission notification.

Dr Super Good, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

What should happen...
Attachments and images load in browser.

What does happen...
Attachments and images fail to load. Querying them returns an insufficient permission error.

Extra...
This is only a problem with those images I uploaded now, all previous images work. The attachments do not show in my user CP as thread attachments. These images attach fine to the pastebin.

Apparently a setting was set so you can upload attachments but not view them in exactly that forum. I have fixed it now.
