Akasha, a well-renowned Queen of Pain who was under the yoke of the Demon Lord Marezdon, she participated the assault against the Imperial forces which they invaded Outland for rooting out demonic corruption. However, the Demon Lord grew powerful and unstoppable, she decides to defect alongside with her fellow Demonesses, to make matters worse, her twin sister Lilith was captured by the Imperial Army and she is being held in the San Pereira Prison Complex in the Norelian Countryside. With the aid of the Death Angels under Lord Arduin Magriszt, Akasha must put her side to topple down the most powerful Demon Lord then helping the Republic forces to save her sister from certain doom.
