How did you make the hair ethereal? I tried to find the feature in RMS but have yet to find it, or did you edit the mdl file?
Use fresnel , put 2 lines in your material that you want look like ghost.You can convert keeper of the grove ghost to mdl to see

Quite a cool model indeed.
Now since it isn't just armoured banshee, but a lich queen, how about adding some more frost to her? There are icicles on many armours throughout Reforged models.
I think the concept of this model is cool enough to allow for a larger file size, so for example retextures of the dress for more cold feel and addition of frost auras etc.

It's just ideas, but the model has the potential to be extremely epic.
 
The Death animation looks weird in the model viewer: the body disappears instantly leaving the armour to fall for a brief second then the animation starts again. Also, there's no decay or dissipate animation to continue the death one.
That would be the start of visibility change from 100% to less. It won't show correctly on Hive viewer.
But yes there is no dissipate, which would be rather easy for an undead model, it's just a popcorn fx. And there is also no dedicated portrait.

Nonetheless, there is great potential.

Nice model.

I am having problems importing the files. As long as I remove the war3mapImported\ from all 3 files in the import manager, it should work right?

Three things to add: icons, Spell Channel animation and Dissipate animation.
