Project: Vezax - We Need Help.

Alright. As some of you may know, Ive been working around on a skin for a model. A Model of General Vezax.
So far, Me and Just_Spectating have accomplished quite a bit. But the model is incredibly lacking in a lot of things.

-Proper Animations
-Proper Portrait
-Wrap Issues

And what we need is for an experienced modeller and a good animator to come forward and help us out. For promise that this will be worth your time, here are some pictures of what we have done so far.

Stand (simple up and down sway kinda thing with a bit of a tail motion and back tendril swaying, plus the tentacles on his side)
Stand2 (Looking around and lifting one of his claws)
Stand3 (Tenticles on his back twitch a bit)
Walk (standard walk with a bit of sway in some of the hanging parts such as the back tenticles)
Attack (right arm swing)
Attack2 (left arm swing)
Spell (both arms swing downward as if throwing a large object)
Death (Backs up a bit, and then falls forward)
Decay (Standard)

Hope thats not too too much :p

EDIT
also, on the model, could you bring the knees forward to match where i put the kneecaps here?
and make it so that the tail matches the wrap on the feelers?
