[Trigger] Produce units after Enemies are killed

Hi everyone.
How would you make units appear on an area after all enemies around it are killed? I allready tried giving an individual Action "Unit Dies" approach... but the problem is.. the units I want to generate, generate after each enemy is killed and not just after the whole group is killed. Any solutions?

Good question that may be my problem. I have 3 Enemy units. My triggers are this:

Event: Unit1 Dies
Event: Unit2 Dies
Event: Unit3 Dies

Action: Create 1 Unit for Player 1 at center of Region

What happens is I end up with 3 new units! I want only 1 unit to be created!
How do I fix this?
