[Solved] Problem with the wc3 campaigns

Hi.

I have a friend who is having a strange problem with the predetermined campaigns of Warcraft III Reign of Chaos.
He plays fine until the Chapter 6 of the Human Campaign. When he starts the chapter, the screen gets black. Nothing else happens.
Anyone know something about this problem? Thanks for reading.

The issue was apparently fixed in patch 1.24c. The latest patch is 1.26 something, download that.
