[Trigger] Problem with checking the map

Why does selecting my map takes about a year and its 32x32 ?i mean to select it be4 you host a game (be4 you click create game), it takes a year to do that! why?

Did you put a big custom picture for the mini map when selecting the map or for the loading of the map ?

Possibly leaks in game or lag from having a ton of maps in your hosting folder.

Maddawg, there isn't any reason either of those will cause lag at the selection.

Back before I formatted I had like 300+ maps and it always lagged at specific maps and not in all.

its only 15 maps in the folder, and no, base minimap and loading screen from wc3.

EDIT: is it possible because the location is Maps/Download/Custom/New Folder/****
the Download has alot of maps , and Custom has alot of maps also, can that be the reason? should i just mape it Maps/NEW FOLDER/**** ?
note: **** is the map file.

nah, i have 1369 maps in 1 folder and it doesn't lag at all

map file size is 500 (five hundered) KB

Like ghostwol asked, did you import a large preview picture?

No. i didnt even put custom picture, and the map size is 32 x 32.

Does it take a long time to select it as in-1 Minute, -3 Minutes, or 10 seconds.

Because if it's 10 seconds its just lag....

I don't know... Create a copy of your map and remove all imports, then check if it has anything to do with that. And well... I guess you'll have to live with a delay

I have a problem similar to this where some maps will show up instantly while others will take a second or two. My random guess would be does your map have all the information like map description etc in it? This probably has nothing to do with it and I doubt the computer matters because mine is a beast and I have problems.
