problem when im skinning

the thing is when i make skins i cant...

edit them with erase tool....

or wither when i try to paint an area there it should be team color....
for example arthas shoulder..... cant make them black instead of red the team color is there still :S

Alpha Channels. Use the search function to learn about them.

To spare you a bit of searching, alpha channels are layers (I'm not explaining that) that allow transparency. Now search up on how to use them
