problem of importing spells

hey, i find it really hard which to copy in the map of the spell. i tried
copying the spell only in the object editor. but it the hero just do a gesture
but no damage no effects not even a right gesture or movement of the spell.
the char just raised hes hands then done.

PLEASE i need to know WHICH to copy in a Spell Map, i need a step by step
on the important stuff i need to do for the spell work.

Well u needa import the Triggers (if it has any go press F4 in World Edit), then if it has variables press Ctr + B (in the Trigger editor) import them and then go import the dummys which is in the object editor and then u can impoort the ability into ur map. hopefully that helps u.

1. Does it use a Dummy? if so, you need to copy the Dummy
2. Copy the Actual Spell over (The Icon)
3. Copy all the triggers.
4. Change the Triggers because if you had custom units b4 you put in the Dummy or spell then the Raw Data (A000, A001, etc) would be wrong.
5. Reply if you still are having problems and i will get in depth even more

1. well i dont know where to find the dummy. please i need to know where to find it.

Dummys are found in the object editor their units that are used in the ability some spells dont have it.

In the Spell, Does it use a dummy?
as in

• Actions
• Unit - Create 1 Unit at region facing degrees

If not, then just post a screen shot of the spell
