Can one of you with fast internet connection download this:

and upload it on anywhere (fe. somewhere on this site) that doesnt break internet download manager's resume capability.
Its used for converting an non-english wc3 client's language to english according to this tutorial:

Requesting cause not having to manually translate every single textfield into english would greatly speed-up my pace of work.
