Try making the chest shaded and all like the legs maybe? And for the head, uhm.. that's the hard part when you skin a model into what it already is..

Well I thought what should I add to head... Anyway I added small crown type of thingie. I will put green glow and runes as well. Anyway, is shading on the chest any better I made chest outline from scratch, while I used blood mage outline for legs, so it haxed me up abit....? end, I don't know how to hax this wrap any further

So far, so good. The Shoulders could use more detail, such as engraving. As for the runes, please refer to the Burning Crusade box art. At the moment, he looks like a High Elf mage instead of a Blood Elf Mage, you should tint the armor red.

I wouldn't put that symbol on his chest
Make it plain metal, same color scheme but make it fancy around the edges where it can't get wrapped weird

He had to wear armor, as his safe palace was no longer in existance after arthras invaded. His orignal model was ok but that skin does make him look more like a prince (good for cinimatics).

What I meant in making the chest like the legs is the drop of cartoony-ness the black outlines add.
