Look if you dont like it no one says you have to dl/use it so dont just post "are you friken serious?" tell me a way i can improve it if not just dont post at all its that simple.
simple, a good and quality skin is not just changing/recoloring a few parts. a good image needs to be 75% (in your case let that be 55%) changed. which means, broadening your idea and thinking deep about many, many details you want to incorporate into the texture.
for an example.. this is the priestess of hate, eh? dontcha think her mount should be a black or even a demonic-looking big cat? or her armor.. she could use, i dunno.. some king of an evilish design of her armor, maybe slightly more revealing than the regular one.. there are a lot of things to think about.. like that bow.. it could even be made of a human vertebra as far as I am concerned, but that compliments an evil person..
she maybe could be a cult leader, meaning strange details, symbols or even evilish tattoos..
now for the texture itself.. what you changed was just coloring over something, thus loosing all of the details that peace previously had.. i for one can't teach you how to add details, but a lot of tutorials in here can. (I think you can find the tutorial section and then search for 2D, which is texturing, rite?)
