Like Staberfire said, this is just a simple color change (not recolor though) that ended up being blurry, unshaded and bad.

You should consider reading the tutorials at the 2D Texturing forums and experiment with your techniques and learn to improve.

Sure the edits are freehand, but what did you do else than color some areas??

Doesn't matter, the parts he did change seriously lack shading. kikicamkd I strongly suggest reading some of the Skinning tutorials on this site before trying one out, and practice different styles and techniques before uploading your finished products on to the site.
