Precision for unit patrolling

Hello,

I am building a simple maze/escape map. Years ago I was very into the whole map building and coming back into it there are some things I just can't remember how to do or things have changed since reforged.

Anyways, I can't seem to figure out how to precisely place my patrolling units so they will stay together indefinitely. What is the trick for this? Any help is very much appreciated! Basically, I want two units to stay walking beside each other while patrolling. I know the editor has the coordinates but it seems difficult to use.
