Poxnora , java or not ?

Hey people , when I was surfing through the net , I found a game called Poxnora . It can be played without a client and it's found here : PoxNora - Welcome to PoxNora . So I was wondering , does any of you know , was it made with Java ? Or something else ?

If they did, that would be alot of work. Looks like that one where you get a small army (..expet you can't get the good stuff unless you pay RL money)

Poxnora is a java game. And yes you do have to pay money to stand a chance against pay users or to level up or to get good units.
