This is on a LAN network with my sister gaming on it and my mother watching digital tv, normally it has 4 mbps. At my father i have 14 mbps down.


Yes, Belgium is one of the countries with the worst ISP's: low down rates, average pings, download limits, horrible upload speed and expensive.

Yea you apparently do, because those two you posted was created on: 4:39 PM and 4:36 PM - Both made 1/13/2010. So it was two different times, but only with a 2 minutes interval between them.. Not morning and afternoon. You should get another connection when you have 1k ping...
