You will notice "Spells", click on it
After that, look at your left-middle, you can see "Your Spells"
Below it, that's a list
Go to "Upload New"
After that, self-explanatory =D

Sorry but I didn't check the spell. Spells shouldn't have wait actions, and it should be MUI. Also, it shouldn't be too easy or something. Mustn't have too many special effects or leaks.

Actually, I think functionality and creativity comes first. Then, you refine it by making it MUI, leakless, yada yada...
