I use Gmax with YAGG to grab output from the listener.
I use Notepad++ to edit my .mdl file.
I use MdlxConv to convert my .mdl file to .mdx.
I use Warcraft3Viewer.
I will be attaching my .mdl file, my .mdx file, my .tga file, my .blp file.
This is my .gmax file.
In Gmax, the model is perfectly fine. I don't know if I made any mistakes, but I doubt so. Polygon count is 684.
In Warcraft 3 and the World Editor, this happens:

The wing on the right of the chicken is crooked and weird'd.
Here's a little story:
I started UV unwrapping on the right wing. I mirrored it as an instance, forming the left wing.
The right wing was crooked, the left wing proper.
So I deleted the right wing, and mirrored the left wing, trying both times as an instance as well as a copy.
The right wing remains crooked while the left wing still looks proper.
I also require help with my texturing.
In the screenshots of the Black chicken, all I did was change 'texture ID 0 Bitmap' to "chick.blp".
The black colour on the model are supposed to be non-alpha (is this the correct term?), but the player colour does not show.
However, in my attached files, I have modified the textures and materials in the .mdl as per this tutorial.
The non-alpha parts are now invisible as a doodad.
As a player unit, the entire model is not visible.
My custom path for the texture is "chick.blp" in the Import Manager.
If my "Replaceable Texture File" for the doodad object is set to NONE, the model becomes entirely red.
I have no more ideas as to what are causing these.
Please save my first 3d product that is not a single primitive object!
Advice will also be very helpful, especially on modifying the .mdl file.
