Good. I like the way you've kept it's appearance subtle to be appear as a bit of added environment the same way Blizzards own critters do.

I used the model, and I bid no offense, except that it lacks many quality movements of a bird: when you look at a bird, what kind of movements would you expect it to make, and how smoothly?
Also, it doesn't open its beak when it should, especially when it is attacking. Because this is a Terror Bird, it should have the attributes to being a carnivorous flightless bird.

Great model! the animations and mesh are really good, the texture is just bad, but only that, the rest is pretty good, a nice beast for a tauren race or a barrens creep
