Hello there guys, I have started working on a naval combat map for battle net or LAN use. It will include pirates treasures etc. Read about it below.

Concept of the map
The concept will be pretty simple if you want to play the map easily, there are up to five players, four which are pirates, and the last is the admiral of the royal fleet, who's goal is to sink all of the four pirates ships, whilst the pirates goal isn't to defeat the admiral, but to get the treasure on the island in the middle of the map before the other pirates, however, the admirals base is located on this very island, so indirectly the goal is to defeat the admiral if you play as a pirate. First pirate to get the treasure wins, leaving both the admiral (who failed to stop the pirates from stealing the treasure) and the other pirates defeated. There are also neutral hostile kind of ships who spawns randomly a little here and there who randomly picks a "pirate player" to attack. The four pirate bases are located in the corners of the map, and on each of these you can find a shipyard where you construct more ships to your fleet, you can also find a tavern, where you can hire pirate mercenaries whom you need to fight your way to the admiral guarded treasure with. Each player begins with one ship, the "mother ship" of the team, if that ship goes to the bottom of the sea, that player loses, the player also gets to pick a captain for that very ship who is specialized in different things and improve your team in different ways. Such as the Musketeer who increases the damage and health points of mercenaries, whilst the Buccaneer increases damage done by ships, just for example, the previous does not affect the admiral though, as he controls a hero unit which complements for not having the captain buff. Random treasures appear here and there on the map as well, and the first player that finds it gets it so too say.
That's pretty much it for a simple concept of the map, of course that's just pretty much the rules written black on white. For the different ships and mercenaries, please read below.
