The true is: main Starcraft 2 designer has ideology that if you add one more unit to the game, you must delete another one. Why they just can't delete those pathetic observers?

yes there is an CS1 editor, it goes with the game, although it's.... rather complicated when it comes to triggering..

but makin' simple melee maps is a peace of cake C:

Dragoons are still in the game, you can access their unedited form in the editor. They're more powerful entities called "Immortals".
