Is there a rule that limits models to the hive. If not then there are about 15-20 models (building and units) on XGM.

Size limit is 2mb other then that no limit. Also Misha the other name is Murg Mishahater. And WoW models aren't allowed because they are against site rules.

The murlocs on that site aren't wow models. They have an awesome murloc catapult on there.

There is no rule limiting usage of the imported models. Why can't I use model from XGM, if it fits most from all others? Even though, what if I'm also a part of the XGM community? So, yes, everybosy can use XGMs models as far as the credits are given.

Thank god because I saw some a building models that may be useful. Models from Woo campaign look nice (except some units) so it is to bad I can't use all of them.

Although, I think the main difference that I'm seeing here is that you don't actually have any Naga units. So, is this just Mur'guls or something?

No it isn't Naga at all it is the Sea Legion. It is a union of murlocs, mur'guls and makrura. And yes it isn't for my project it is for contest.
