Permanent Fleshy Corpses

So just like the title implies, how do I place fleshy corpses on a map that last forever?

✗ Trigger "Unit - Create Permanent Corpse" doesn't work since the corpses created by this trigger will decay in due time.
 
Ok that works. One question though, does it function like a normal corpse? (prolly not) By that I mean if a ghoul were to cannibalize it would it work?

I've also used the method of making a destructible using a unit's model. Then just set Editor - Include dead version in palette to true.
The only problem is that destructibles automatically snap the the grid.
