Background

The plot continues immediately after the end of the first part. Who does not remember, here is the link. The first part ended with the Peons building a ship and going to another island. Here on the new island and there are new actions, the island itself is a tomb filled with all sorts of creatures, evil spirits and of course gold. And the gameplay is tied to the pursuit of gold


Gameplay

The map is a mixture of two genres:
Action RPG
Roguelike
The game also has a simple action game, left click-kick, WASD movement and SPACE to dash, as well as many special techniques, but you will be taught to use them by the game itself. There are multi-level talents that increase the hero's potential, Warcraft Heroes. At the entrance to the room, you need to defeat all the enemies to get a reward, as soon as the enemies are defeated, then 1-3 new transitions are unlocked, each with its own new reward.
So far, you need to go through 20 rooms to win.

Peons rogue (Map)

Looks like a really fun and polished map. Approved. But please make a credits list from: https://www.hiveworkshop.com/resources/peons-rogue.97693/resources-in-use and whatever stuff you use like music and stuff that's not from the original game.
Incredible work! I must say though I can see the strong inspirations from Hades. Really impressive what you've made here.

I do want to mention however if this is a bug or not? At one point in a run I wasn't able to attack any longer and could only produce these odd arrows that point to the direction where I was attacking. Below is a photo showing this.

No, this is not a mistake, it's your ctrl button stuck on the keyboard. ctrl + click lmb is used in multiplayer to communicate with other players. For example, to make a decision and choose a direction. A couple of emotions are also available via Ctrl+1, ctrl +2

I see, I want to mention however that I wasn't holding CTRL at that moment and neither do I have any problems with my CTRL key.
 
Strange that nobody rated or liked a map!
Maybe, there aren't too many people from XGM here. It's pretty obvious you know him.
Also, people have varied map genre interests. Sometimes it takes a while for stuff to be commented upon, especially during the workdays.
And, there were posts before yours as well. Maybe some people want to be more objective than subjective and rate after they play more of the map.
 
This map is amazing and so fun! me and my wife loved it! its a shame we got stucked so many times when the talents popped up since we couldn't click them
