Pause timer in MoveSpeedX for GUI v1.1.0.0 when not in use

Hi guys,

@PurgeandFire unfortunately doesn't seem to be active anymore. His system MoveSpeedX is amazing, but as confirmed by him it's running all the time at 0.03 intervals in the background:
MoveSpeedX for GUI v1.1.0.0

Can someone with JASS skills please add a condition to pause the timer when not in use?
