How can I make my unit walk or move only to the specific tile i selected?
for example is moving cars only at that type of tile

Use pathing blockers?

Triggers could be used to displace it back if it tried to enter the incorrect tile type. That said this would not be a perfect solution as the automatic path finder would keep trying to move the vehicle over such terrain. It also might have scaling issues.

messy solution not tested - use groups of regions to designate the tiles types.
