I downloaded the European patch 3.3.3, since it's a MPQ file I wanted to ask which program can run and install it? Thank you.

You have to place it into your WoW folder and run BNUpdate.exe if it's a single .mpq named something like 'wow-patch'.

it's named wow-partial-1.MPQ
and i ran Background downloader and started downloading wow-partial-2.MPQ.part, maybe they will merge and then turn into a patch file and can be installed easily like others.

Wait, wait, 3.3.3 isn't out yet. That's only pre-launch day data you downloaded. Wait for 3.3.3 to actually come out. You've got a lot more to download, bud.

The prepatch system has been in there for quite a while and it's purpose is to download large patches in segments over a longer period of time while playing until the patch day instead of the whole thing on patch day.

So that's good somehow, will they merge when the patch is complete?

Just leave it where it was originally. It will be 'merged' when the patch arrives.
