Hi,
I have a problem - rather important particle emitter doesn't work in game (it's works in model editor). It doesn't create any particles. Here's screen:

I would be grateful for help :-D

Most likely that you screwed up in the animated visibility. Can you paste the code of the emitter and the model's animation keyframes here?

With a scaling of 15 and ModelSpace tags set, as well as a relatively low speed and no variation and/or latitude included, it could also just not be visible enough, though that's rather unlikely if it's obvious enough in the model editor.

Try removing the squirt flag and see what happens. I've got to admit that I am a bit rusty with FX and I never really got along well with squirt, it always seemed to create somewhat erratic behavior, but even so it seems like the most likely candidate to cause issues.

If that doesn't help, give it constant visibility to see if the issue lies somewhere there.
