Actually called Warden_Owl (Blizzard)
I'm doing an skin and a model for this owl.
Summon: a flying Owl Scout with 350 base movement speed. It is able to land upon a tree to grant sight over the area until it is taken down, it is also able to sacrifice itself to blind an enemy for 2 seconds.
Blinded enemies miss all of their attacks.
Also when an enemy hero is blinded the controller player looses sight of almost everything but an small area within it's controlled hero.
Movement:
+5 per Level
+10% Agility
Cooldown: 40 seconds.

Yeap it is an icon from Legion, these are the owls that the Wardens use in the Warden Vault.
