order units ownered by computer to upgrade help

i1m trying to make a trigger that order towers ownered by computer to upgrade,but its no working for computer units,only player's towers are upgrading

• Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units of type Guard Tower) and do (Unit - Order (Picked unit) to train/upgrade to a Guard Tower2)

Are you sure that the computer has enough resources to upgrade? Cause the trigger only gives the order, so if the computer does not have enough resources it cannot upgrade. The same goes if the requirements for the upgrade have not been met for the computer. The action seems to be correct.

Are there requirements for upgrade? Gold/Luimber/Upgrades/Building - requirements.
I've tested your trigger in editor, works properly.
