While the decay animation works awesomely for cinematic related stuff, in melee it can be confusing to see a non-selectable unit run around and die.

instead of walking out and then suddensly exploding.

This looks like the Unit to the other one's Hero. I still think the dancing driver should be a goblin too, but still great models, both.

Truly awesome with very good execution and creativity, I would request making Decay animation a bit faster considering that the unit debris is large enough to block view or only retain some parts on Death and Decay animations while others fade to invisibility; but it's not much of a big issue. So it's APPROVED and RECOMMENDED without a doubt

For HIGH QUALITY, I would suggest adding a different Spell Channel where it's similar to Stand Channel but the guns are raised upwards
