Orb stacking?

Is it possible to stack orbs?
I know that Orb which is 1st in your invertory takes effect but can i use them both at once. venom and lightning?

I thought that feedback can stack. i can make triger ability like that but i thought that there can be an easier way... Thanks...

Poison Attack works with all orb abilities but incinerate
so you can use poison attack instead of venom orb ability in item and give it orb attachment model

but I say no for others
