orb of lighting effect stacking?

will 2 orb of lighting abilitys not stack since they are orb effects?

e.g i create the bash passive ability to have a cool down by using the orb of lighting and storm bolt
and i have a item like mealstrom from dota (has a chance for chain lighting on attacks)

will they cancel each other out or will both be able to proc on the same attack?

I think the other one can proc while one is on CD
But orb effects don't stack

yer orb effects dont stack so isnt the proc of the spell the orb effect meaning only 1 of them will work?

Yep, Unless one is on CD.
