Opening New Spells

So i tried to open a new spell (mod, Heroic leap) with winrar and it said file type not recognized or damaged. Then I tried to open it with WE, nothing comes up. I have TFT installed, what do I do?

I think the file is corrupt.
A file that is corrupt cannot be fixed (to my knowledge) so my suggestion is use goggle and ask questions from him.

try redownloading it... but did you download it from here? coz spells here are uploaded as .w3x files so you open them directly with WE...
