I dedicated this forum for this. Do you want a story, movie or game with open endings or a normal one?

I mean do you like normal happy endings, or endings that will make you go mindfucked, cried, as they are sad, or not right-open endings.

There are no "normal" endings.. what would that even be?

I prefer an ending that makes sense. No unthinkable stuff just for the sake of surprise, or the main character dying just for the sake of the main character dying... So in other words, an ending that makes sense in the context of the story.

In most movies I watch I am like, "well he is the main character he can't possibly die since it's 40 min left of the movie". Not like Game of Thrones.

Movies are limited in that sense because they have such limited running time. I love Game of Thrones for that, they can just kill off anyone if the story requires instead of keeping them alive so that the story could go smoothly to the end. Also keeps up the tensions when you're never sure that your favourite characters will live.

Well, normal endings are when the happy endings are on. The open ones are the one like the bad guys win, everybody dies in the end...... Bla bla bla. To me, open endings are way better, as they give you more time to think more than just "la la la, we won!". Also, they gave the movie theorists jobs to do.
