How can I open a spellbook with an event(e.g.picking up an item)?I accept gui and jass.Thank you!

Unless there is an order issued for opening the spellbook then no, that is the best way.

Argh I wrote "tooltip" instead of "hotkey". That's a dumb error.

Yeah, DSG is right, maybe you can find out if there's an order string for that. Create a trigger that displays the order string whenever a unit is issued an order. Then in game open the spellbook manually.

There is no order string for custom skills.Can I use them by changing spells ID?

The order string of a custom spell is same as the order string of its base spell.
