Very good CnP skin. I like how you made the orc look like a Night Elf pretty well. One problem I have is the weapon, it has a big black box around it.

I know there is black but thats the UV mapping the models uses and I don't know how to make black not appear from a skin that I make
is it because I use paint to do my skins?

yes its cuz u use paint.you should download the gimp and save the files as TGA they can handle transparent colors.

No CnP from existing custom skins is permitted. A maximum of 25% CnP from default Blizzard textures may be acceptable, providing that the skin is well executed.

I'm almost certain this skin is unacceptable.

The leopard robe makes him look like an Orc still. Change it to something more grassy like Furion's robe, and it'll look a lot more Night Elvish then.
