It doesn't look like it's wrapped correctly because it's not fully free-hand with the wrap taken into account. It looks like it's been copy-pasted from another in-game skin, looks like from the spellbreaker, and then fitted and changed to try and make it as presentable as possible.
Interesting idea but the outcome is quite sloppy.
