Elegant clothing. Very nice.
Edit: I just saw that the file size is rather big. Did you compress it? Also, I think this isn't approved because it's lacking freehand. It's basically a recolor with a large version of one of the runes from Jaina's cape.

The rune is copy-off of a Warhammer tree singer rune. I have it in my Warhammer Wood Elf rulebook.
