Ok i would love to make skins but....

I have nothing to use it. what exactly do i need and what folder do i put it in?And where can i get it? pla help.

Putting it in a folder is one way, but then the skin will only show up on your computer when playing maps on or offline. The best thing to do is upload it into a map. Check the tutorials in this forum to learn how to do that.
