Skin Installation Help

I need help installing skins. I dont know where to put them. I know you have to put them in textures but I went into program files, warcraft 3, but i dont see a textures folder. Maybe I should re-install Warcraft 3 but I dont really want to do that unless I have to. I looked to see if it was a hidden file but it still wasn't there. I searched the computer files and everything but I cant find it. Can someone please help me?

You can save them anywhere after downloaded (just remember where you saved it). You don't install them, open them, but you import them via World Editor. Just open up World Editor, go to Import Manager (F12), import the skin and add the path. The skin will them apply automatically to its model.
