I make spells all the time, yet my largest problem is animations, I set them up I use others systems to try and see if they have animation systems that are working, mine, never seems to work.

No matter what they never seem to ignore what they are already doing to play the animation I want them to.

WHY!?! lol

I have done nearly every combination.

I Can't seem to ever get animations to do what I want.

I know all the strings for them, I know how to do it all right.

You use the
  • Animation - Queue No unit's stand animation
Still nothing lol.

Does this just not work on paused units? If so, how can I possibly produce a way without pausing units that still prevents them from walking, Stun them, sleep them like what?

I need to know to be able to move out of GUI and into Jass then into Vjass. This is a must know, no tutorials tell anyone about the proper ways to use animations lol.

Yes. Queuing also works, but it does what it is supposed to do: playing an animation as soon as the current animation finishes.

Can you produce an example.

The difference is pausing a unit and then he is moving during an Jump or knockback. Those kind of animations.

Not the simple pause.

I literally have tried to my fullest trying to get animations to work lol.

I need the answer infront of me, I have looked it up and searched heard the same things, I need it.

I learn through seeing the working, and off of that I Can test, and I can learn everything I can and can't do with it. That is now I learn, an On hands learning.

I havn't been able to produce one to work in order to learn it on my own. I need one that is working during a knockback that I can see the structure of execution for the animations.

I know there is a patter in which they must be to work with a paused unit.

There's two ways to issue an animation.
The "Play unit animation" and "Queue unit animation".
The first makes the unit play the desired animation instantly. The latter makes the unit play the animation as soon as the current animation ends.

All you need to do is pause your unit, then use the first.
