I can read the first one by zooming in. The second is hopeless.

Shame we can't go all CSI and change resolution at will.

This might help.
Since I'm using Home Premium I can't really help you.

Right click the networked folder. Select "Always available offline" and let Microsoft sync centre do its stuff.

After synchronization is complete you will be able to access the folder offline from microsoft sync centre or by using the folder path directly.
